- Lead and manage the Operations team, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring efficient, scalable day-to-day execution aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement digital, paperless processes across onboarding (KYC/KYB), contracting, installation & pilot, reconciliation, and dispute handling, with clear SLAs and performance metrics
- Own and oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding and activation processes
- Manage dispute resolution and refund operations to ensure timely and accurate handling
- Oversee device logistics and inventory management to ensure operational readiness, cost efficiency, and loss control
- Collaborate with logistics and external partners to ensure seamless operational delivery
- Build, scale, and continuously enhance a 24/7 after-sales support operation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms
- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
