- • Understand the business operations and support operational for all human resource management in assigned business unit to support achievement of business goals.
- • Manage all recruitment process, pool, interview, and test for hiring the right candidates to fill vacant positions both internal and external candidate.
- • Manage and co-ordinate with all employee relations and support to all department.
- • Plan and develop for annual training plan within budget and ensure execution of plan.
- • Initiate Learning program that could be considered Best Practice.
- • Develop and Implement Performance Management.
- • Agile project management and Employee Engagement activity
- • Provide weekly and monthly report analysis to HR Manager through HRIS system
- • Maintain registration system database and records of participants.
- • Support HR development strategies with special projects as assigned.
- • Perform other assigned duties.
- • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and development.
- • Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and employment process, including labor laws.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- • Proficient in using computers and relevant software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office programs.
- • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- • Good command of English .
