Assistant Production Manager

• Strategically plan production management in alignment with company policies.
• Plan, control, and monitor production processes to meet defined standards.
• Improve and enhance work processes and production efficiency (increase output, reduce cost and defects).
• Plan and manage annual budget.
• Oversee quality and environmental management systems.
• Manage and develop personnel.
• Participate in company activities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in production within rubber or plastic extrusion industries
• Professional Engineering License (an advantage)
• Expertise in machinery and design work (Mold & Die)
• Knowledge in rubber/polymer technology (an advantage)
• Strong knowledge in production management, machinery, quality systems, and workplace safety
• Certified training in ISO9001 / IATF16949
• Able to work off-site and outside regular working hours
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
