-Control product quality to comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
-Analyze and solve defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG (Not good), and test failures.
-Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase yield.
-Manage and supervise Supervisors and production staff.
-Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments.
-Support quality activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.
-Prepare and report production results, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.
- Salary: Total fixed income 40,000 THB -50,000THB (Depend on Experience)
- Others:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing.
-Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test processes.
-Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test processes.
-Good understanding of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing standards and process control.
-Leadership and people management skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, 8D).ภาพรวมของงาน
