-Manage and oversee daily production processes
-Analyze defects in electrical circuits and implement countermeasures
-Conduct root cause analysis using 5Why and 8D techniques
-Establish KPI targets and monitor performance for continuous improvement
-Lead initial lot production and coordinate target setting with the production team for smooth startup
-Lead problem-solving efforts for new model launches and pre-production quality issues
-Support tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Production Leader
-Monitor and follow up on the production plan and schedule
-Prepare and issue production reports in EnglishREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or related field
- Intermediate or higher level of English (internal communication with Japanese expats and email/report are all in English)[MUSTs]
- Must have knowledge and experience in PCBA (This is the most important requirement)
- Must have experience in managing big team as 300 members
- Must have experience in analyzing defect on electrical circuit
- Must be able to understand in electrical circuit diagram- Overall, 7-10 years of Production Management experience
- Having "5Why 8D analysis" technique
- Experience in establishing KPI targets and monitor performance
- Experience in leading initial lot production and coordinate target setting for smooth startup
