Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Design system workflows, business process flows, and system architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders (users, developers, QA) to ensure requirements are clearly understood
Create and maintain system documentation such as Business Process Flow, Use Case, and Prototype
Support development team during implementation and testing phases
Identify system improvements and propose solutions to enhance performance and usability

At least 1 year of experience as a System Analyst (SA)
Strong understanding of Software Analysis & Design
Knowledge of Database such as MS SQL, MySQL
Experience in creating Business Process Flow, System Flow, and Prototype
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
