Analyze business requirements to do Impact Assessment and create functional specifications for Front End, Business Layer, Back End, Database schema, Software components/classes, and related components.
Design and develop features/APIs/Solutions, as well as integration and flow for the platform.
Discuss the design solution and coordinate with related team such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Vendors, Developer, Legacy System teams, Security Team, etc.
Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with developers/programmers, and related teams.
Coordinate with developers, architectures, product owner, business analyst, vendors, and related teams. Groom the Impact Assessment and functional specifications to related teams such as System Analyst, Developer, QA, etc.
Validates results by testing programs.
Work with QA and software testing teams.
Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, system performance and system securities.
Reduce the costs of technology and improve products performances.
Investigate and support production incidents together with related teams such as system analyst, developer, and operation team.
