Establish, develop and sustain raw material suppliers Plan and conduct suppliers risk assessment and technical audit and report Develop and coordinate SQM curriculum and training materials. Rate and input raw material supplier's quality performance Provide SQE metrics report with raw material supplier quality development plan Approve and maintain raw material Supplier PAP (SPAP), FAI and MRB(NCMR) systems. When required, coordinate supplier quality issues (MRB, SCAR &CCAR) with IQC, UPE Review and approve action for raw material suppliers for SCAR closure. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system. Conduct and participate internal audit program, including quality system audit and corporate social responsibility audit, is adopted and planned to verify the conformance to planned arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained. Ensure that appropriate action is taken when this is not the case. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any Engineering field (Electrical,Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial), Physics or Material Science. Experience in IC manufacturing process, Quality management system and Process audit. Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and understanding of Problem-solving skills (such as PDCA, 8D report, FMEA, MSA and SPC). Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members. Good leadership & communication skills.
