Construction & Design Senior Manager (200K-220K)

• Oversee the development and evolution of interior and architectural design standards to ensure consistent brand identity across all retail formats.
• Act as the technical bridge between Real Estate, Marketing, and Operations to ensure site designs optimize customer flow and commercial yield.
• Lead the integration of modern retail trends, sustainable materials, and digital touchpoints into physical store environments.
• Manage relationships with external architects, design consultants, and primary contractors, ensuring competitive bidding and high-quality delivery.
• Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) protocols across all construction sites.

• Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and understanding complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional technical teams.
• A result-oriented professional capable of navigating complex zoning laws and site-specific technical challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal board members and external government authorities.
