- Lead and manage the shift team to ensure successful operation, maintenance, and repair of all critical systems, maintaining 100% uptime for critical power systems.
- Prioritize and assign planned and unplanned work orders (PPMs/TTs) to Data Center Specialists to achieve monthly compliance targets.
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities within the data centre, ensuring full awareness and prioritization of daily tasks in collaboration with the Critical Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure subcontractors are properly inducted, compliant with safety procedures, and equipped with approved method statements, risk assessments, and MSDS before issuing permits to work.
- Monitor FOC operations, ensure prompt response to EPMS/BMS/Fire alarms, and issue accurate daily shift handover reports
- Strong experience in operating and maintaining critical environment systems within a data centre setting.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise shift teams in a 24/7/365 operational environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, including reviewing subcontractor method statements, risk assessments, and MSDS.
- Ability to manage maintenance workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with planned maintenance schedules.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including shift reporting and coordination with clients and management
