Support end-to-end engineering activities for data center construction, from design through commissioning.
Coordinate with M&E consultants and contractors to ensure all engineering deliverables meet project requirements and design intent.
Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submissions for mechanical or electrical systems.
Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Technical Expertise

Provide subject matter expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, fire suppression) or electrical systems (MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, BMS/EPMS).
Evaluate and troubleshoot engineering issues, proposing corrective solutions when needed.
Support testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and verify system performance against design criteria.

Project Management Support

Assist the Project Manager in tracking schedules, milestones, risks, and work progress.
Verify contractor claims, variation orders, and support cost control activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, site reports, and change records.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure all mechanical/electrical works comply with local Thai codes, environmental regulations, safety requirements, and global data center standards.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure high workmanship quality across all trades.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-7 years of engineering experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial plants, or large commercial projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems integration and construction sequencing.
Experience with contract management, design reviews, and consultant/contractor coordination.
Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
Ability to work on-site at the Thailand project location.
