- Develop and execute customer plans aligned with key commercial priorities within the B2B channel
- Lead joint business planning with food service partners to drive mutually agreed growth objectives
- Drive customer strategy by influencing pricing, promotions, menu integration, and new product launches
- Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and margins across key accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Monitor sales performance, track targets, and ensure effective execution across customer outlets
- Manage trade investments in line with category and brand strategies
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in execution and resolve operational issues
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, food service, or B2B QSR channel
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience managing key QSR or food service accounts
- Strong analytical skills with experience using market/data tools (e.g., Nielsen or similar)
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
