Argyll Scott is now searching for a talented Key Account Manager for food and beverage products in the leading FMCG company, If you are a dynamic and innovative professional with a passion for successful B2B account management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer plans aligned with key commercial priorities within the B2B channel
  • Lead joint business planning with food service partners to drive mutually agreed growth objectives
  • Drive customer strategy by influencing pricing, promotions, menu integration, and new product launches
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase sales and margins across key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Monitor sales performance, track targets, and ensure effective execution across customer outlets
  • Manage trade investments in line with category and brand strategies
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in execution and resolve operational issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, food service, or B2B QSR channel
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience managing key QSR or food service accounts
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market/data tools (e.g., Nielsen or similar)
  • Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
