Our facility is the only roll packed and 'mattress in a box' producer in Thailand. We have a fully automatic roll packing machine to fully compress the mattress and finish in a roll-packed format which saves significant space and improves transport efficiency, resulting in reduced transportation and storage costs, nearly half in some instances. Support daily operation as Order status issues, Stock availability checks, Picking / packing / shipping issues and Courier / 3PL transaction issues (สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน เช่น ปัญหาสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ การตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลัง ปัญหาการหยิบสินค้า/แพ็ก/จัดส่ง และปัญหาธุรกรรมกับบริษัทขนส่งหรือ 3PL)
Provide IT consultation and support via phone, email, and ticketing system (ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนด้านไอทีผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล และระบบทิคเก็ต)
Analyze and troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and network issues (วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นด้านซอฟต์แวร์ ฮาร์ดแวร์ และเครือข่าย)
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex problems (ประสานงานกับทีมเทคนิคเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน)
Record and track issue status until resolution is completed (บันทึกและติดตามสถานะของปัญหาจนกว่าจะได้รับการแก้ไขเรียบร้อย)
Offer guidance and preventive solutions to end users (ให้คำแนะนำและแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาแก่ผู้ใช้งาน)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and related fleid (ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้าน เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ)

3 to 5 years of experience, Knowledge to coordidate for the Information Technology, supporting OMS & WMS (3 ถึง 5 ปี มีความรู้ในเรื่องติดต่อประสานด้าน เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสนับสนุน ระบบการจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ การจัดการคลังสินค้า)
Good command in English, and Excellent in Thai Communication (สามารถสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ และมีการสื่อสารภาษาไทยที่ยอดเยี่ยม)
Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and basic troubleshooting (มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ เครือข่าย และการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น)
Attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving (มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และมีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ)
