1. Project Execution & Launch Management:
-Oversee development activities for newly won business, covering all processes from post-acquisition to the commencement of product supply.2.OEM & Factory Liaison (Critical Coordination):
-Serve as the primary strategic window for Automotive OEM Purchasing departments and internal manufacturing plants.
-Bridge the gap between customer requirements (price, volume, delivery) and factory constraints by proposing logical solutions and maintaining production feasibility.3. Commercial Negotiation & Prototype Coordination:
-Lead high-stakes price negotiations with customers and manage the preparation of formal quotations.
-Coordinate the supply of prototype parts, ensuring evaluation schedules are met without disrupting factory operations.4. Global Stakeholder Communication:
-Facilitate alignment with Japan Headquarters and overseas branches to ensure global consistency in project execution.5. Strategic Financial Planning:
-Lead the formulation of Mid-term Sales Plans and annual Sales Budgets, ensuring project margins are protected.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Must have more than 3 years of automotive OEM Sales experience
*Sales experience for automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.Advantage:
-Working experience in the IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) or Car Audio industry is highly preferred.
