Responsible for Project coordinator and business development analysis

Analyse and develop user requirements or working procedures for new product, service or project initiated.

Gather client data, analyze and make recommendations for individual business groups to arm them with a better understanding of the marketplace and enable them to assess potential business opportunities, increase sales and/or customer satisfaction. Ensures delivery of objectives and supports organizational goals through effective execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Project coordinator and business development analysis
Analyse and develop user requirements or working procedures for new product, service or project initiated
Gather client data, analyze and make recommendations for individual business groups to arm them with a better understanding of the marketplace and enable them to assess potential business opportunities, increase sales and/or customer satisfaction.
Develop user requirement specification or working procedures for new product, service or project initiated.
Coordinate between users and development team or third party in new project or service.
Conduct and develop UAT scripts.
Support on system enhancement when required.
Others assigned by team head and senior leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

2–5 years of relevant experience with solid technical foundations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience in financial services/asset management, with understanding of mutual fund and provident fund operation processes, and applicable regulations.
Professional proficiency in English; Thai is an advantage.

TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

Business analysis: requirements elicitation, process mapping, UAT planning
Project management: scope, schedule, budget, risk management (Agile/Waterfall)
Documentation: BRD, FRD, test cases, user guides

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Coordinate between users and development team or third party in new project or service

Experience in provident fund operation processes
