- As a Account Manager focused on various IT products and Cloud providers, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for using market intelligence and insights to programmatically scale our business. Your responsibilities will include working directly with customers and partners. You will serve as an expert resource on knowledge of Cloud, IT applications and Infrastructures, working with our customers and field teams to understand the benefits of solution proposed to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a business and basic IT/Technical background that enables them to drive engagements and communicate to client's IT architects, engineering teams, and C-Level executives. You should have demonstrated ability to think strategically and long-term about the complex business and technical needs for each customers. - Has prior experience in leading and closing IT Infrastructure deals - Interacts with senior management levels at a client, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters - Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches - Ability to originate new opportunities - Have direct relationship with the decision makers - Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using sales process and offering expertise - Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development - Desire to work in an information systems environment - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Work directly with customers and partners to develop and deliver strategies for leveraging market intelligence and insights to scale the business.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cloud, IT applications, and Infrastructures, providing expertise to customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand the benefits of the proposed solution to clients.
