- Prior OEM sales experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with car manufacturers or Tier-1 suppliers is an advantage
- Must possess own car; gasoline and highway fees reimbursed based on company policy
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across overseas teams
- Flexibility for domestic and international business travel
- English: Business level Essential, especially for communication with non-Japanese customers and international stakeholders.

- Conduct new business proposal activities targeting automotive manufacturers (OEM clients), presenting technical products and solutions.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities within Thailand and ASEAN countries.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams in Japan and other overseas branches to ensure smooth communication and alignment of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with planning and procurement departments of automotive OEMs.
- Participate in customer visits approximately once every two weeks (short trips under one week).
- Join overseas business trips within ASEAN approximately once every two months (2-3 days each).
