This position ensures that both software systems and electrical equipment are implemented efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.You will work closely with software teams, electrical engineers, and the sales team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, systems operate smoothly, and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.- Plan, control, and manage software and electrical system projects in line with customer requirements
- Create project timelines and schedules using tools such as Gantt Charts
- Coordinate with software teams, electrical engineers, and sales teams to ensure timely project completion
- Install and test systems integrated with software, such as PLC, IoT devices, sensors, and controllers
- Inspect and verify system performance after installation to ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare project documentation, including user manuals, technical documents, and reports
- Provide customer training, system follow-up, and post-installation support
- Deliver urgent troubleshooting and corrective actions when issues arise
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term service and future business opportunitiesREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in installation, on-site service, or electrical system project implementation
- Have own car and driver's license
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work flexibly and provide on-site customer support when required
- Willing to travel to project sites as assigned
- Good command of English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
