- Supervise and provide support to technicians and staff under assigned responsibility.
- Perform maintenance and repair of railway service equipment in accordance with work plans and standard manuals.
- Inspect work performance and ensure all tasks meet established quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety practices within the team, including the correct use of tools and equipment.
- Comply strictly with organizational rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Participate in relevant training programs and ensure all assigned tasks are performed safely.
- Utilize computers, office software, and specialized tools and equipment to support maintenance activities.
- Report work progress, issues, and results to supervisors or department managers in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and technical consultation to clients or relevant departments within the scope of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- 0-5 years of working experience; experience in rail transportation systems will be an advantage.
- Must be able to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) depending on the assigned department.
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with effective resolution capabilities.
- Proficient in computer use, familiar with relevant tools and equipment, and possess team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of safe working practices in accordance with company standards.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
