Service Engineer (Civil, Railway)

• Supervise and provide support to technicians and staff under assigned responsibility.
• Carry out maintenance and repair equipment for Trackwork & Third Rails department in accordance with approved work plans and standard manuals.
• Inspect work performance and ensure all tasks meet established quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety practices within the team, including the correct use of tools and equipment.
• Comply strictly with organizational rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Participate in relevant training programs and ensure all assigned tasks are performed safely.
• Utilize computers, office software, and specialized tools and equipment to support maintenance activities.
• Report work progress, issues, and results to supervisors or department managers in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and technical consultation to clients or relevant departments within the scope of responsibility.
• Participate in company activities and assignments as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical, Civil or Railway Engineering only.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• 0-5 years of working experience; experience in rail transportation systems will be an advantage.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with effective resolution capabilities.
• Proficient in computer use, familiar with relevant tools and equipment, and possess team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of safe working practices in accordance with company standards.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
• Possess official documentation for military service exemption.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• No criminal record and willing to undergo a background check prior to employment.
• Must be able to work in NIGHT shifts.
