- Handle complaints and product or service issues in a timely fashion.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Prepare and submit general customer service reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Experience in customers services or admin function (New graduate are welcome)
- Service-minded and work well under pressures
- Abilities to work 6 days a week
- Work well with others to take part* in issue resolution and business process improvement - related to customer services area
- May take a lead role in assigned tasks
- Abilities to work with system, particularly SAP / POS/ Online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Central online) and Magento
