- Supervisor (2-10)
- Support and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Take responsibility for New Model activities, including APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, and related core tools.
- Manage ISO systems and related documentation such as Quality Manual (QM), Procedures, and Standards.
- Handle customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis, including self-audit checklists and corrective actions.
- Manage non-conforming raw materials and ensure proper disposition and corrective measures.
- Conduct supplier audits for raw material suppliers, both domestic and overseas.
- Control and manage documents through the E-Document system.
- Ensure effective implementation of the QMS and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and train subordinates on relevant principles, methodologies, and quality tools.
- Asst. Supervisor (12-17)
- Support and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Control and manage documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
- Support IATF-related activities, including Internal Quality Audits (IQA) and preparation of Core Tools documentation.
- Support customer and supplier audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Provide training and coaching to ETT members to enhance quality competencies and skills.
- Coordinate with the Manufacturing team and other departments to support production and ensure targets are achieved.
- Male or Female, aged 25-30 years. (Asst.) / aged 30-37 years. (Supervisor)
- Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., General Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry) or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in QA, QC, or QMS.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QC 7 Tools.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools and ISO 9001.
- Have Certified in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- TOEIC score of 400 (Asst.) / 450 (Supervisor) or above (required).

2. Monthly attendance allowance (step-up scheme): Month 1: 600 THB, Month 2: 750 THB, Month 3 onward: 1,000 THB No absence, leave, or late arrival is allowed (annual leave is permitted). If any leave is taken, the allowance will reset to Month 1.
3. Annual attendance allowance of 3,000 THB, in addition to the monthly attendance allowance.
4. Medical benefits (4,500 THB per year), dental treatment, and group accident insurance (effective after probation).
5. Birthday gift and New Year gift.
6. Annual salary adjustment (approximately 5%), based on performance.
7. Annual company trip.
8. Provident fund based on length of service, starting at 3%.

10. Annual bonus (based on 2024 data):
Part 1: Guaranteed bonus of 13,000 THB for all employees
Part 2: Performance-based bonus, up to 4.27 months of salary
11. Uniforms: 2 sets per year, with additional purchase options available.
12. Special leave, marriage leave, paternity leave, funeral leave, and ordination leave.
13. Financial assistance for marriage, childbirth, funeral, and ordination.

15. Housing allowance of 3,500 THB per month for Engineer and Senior positions.
16. Special skill allowance for language proficiency (English TOEIC / Japanese JLPT, step-up scheme).
One free proficiency test per year is provided, and after-work language courses are available.
TOEIC :
- 500 pts: 500 THB
- 650 pts: 1,500 THB
- 800 pts: 3,000 THB
- 900 pts: 6,000 THB
- N5: 400 THB
- N4: 2,000 THB
- N3: 5,000 THB
- N2: 10,000 THB
- N1: 20,000 THB
