- Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
- Deepen existing client relationships by understanding their financial goals, risk profiles, and investment needs.
- Develop and implement tailored wealth management strategies, offering a range of products and services such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and foreign exchange.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients, providing updates on market conditions and recommending adjustments to their financial plans.
- Collaborate with product specialists and other internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on wealth management or private banking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and lending.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Holder of relevant financial licenses (e.g., Investment Consultant License) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential.
