It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Summary**The WB Branch Relationship Manager at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients within a designated branch. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, identifying financial needs, and cross-selling a comprehensive range of UOB products and services.Job Responsibilities**
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of wealth banking clients, understanding their financial goals and risk appetites.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new wealth banking clients through referrals, networking, and direct outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for clients, recommending appropriate investment products, insurance, loans, and other banking solutions.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets for deposits, investments, loans, and other revenue-generating products.
  • Ensure full compliance with UOB's internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC).
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding market trends, product updates, and investment performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with product specialists, operations, and other internal departments to deliver seamless client service.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Participate in branch activities, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor client portfolios and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.
Job Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Holder of relevant financial advisory licenses (e.g., Single License, Insurance License) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
