- Provide Technical Service support to customers / agents/engineers on technical aspects whenever they encounter technical issues.
- Provide after-sales service to customer (outdoors) / agents - troubleshooting on problems encountered on products and process flows.
- Provide technical advice on product usage and applications.
- Conduct training for internal and external technical staff on new process installation.
- Conduct routine process audit to assist customers in establishing and maintaining their processes.
- For projects :
- Prepare all necessary items and documentation for potential customer's approval.
- Co-ordinate all activities pertaining to projects with Technical Service Engineers.
- Conduct site commissioning.
- Prepare all the necessary documents to be given to the customer.
- Contribute to MacDermid Enthone Electronic Solutions sales/marketing efforts by contributing content technical sales tools to marketing to aid in the pursuit of new business and strengthening of existing customer accounts.
- Provide timely identification and communication of market. trends, technical developments, competitive activities and business opportunities.
- Help maintain database of internal and external product test data, product characterization and product / package reliability data.
- Provide timely and accurate forecast of sales & annual sales budget in the territory. Present technical product presentations, product recommendations and product application support to external and internal customers via phone, e-mail and direct customer interface.
- Other duties as assigned
- Preferably with experience 5-10 years or more in PCB chemical processes or related plating experience. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical engineering or Industrial chemical Engineering.
- Proven English and Chinese speaking Language proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills.
- Comfortable supporting Thailand-based customer sites.
- Travel may be required throughout Asia for customer support.
