- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and distribution activities
- Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure proper classification of goods and understanding of tariffs, duties, and trade regulations
- Monitor changes in import/export regulations and assess impact on operations and cost
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all customs and trade requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On Time In Full), lead time, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve operational issues related to delays, shipment discrepancies, or customer complaints
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience through timely communication and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to align on customer requirements and delivery expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in customer service and logistics operations, preferably within manufacturing or trading environment
- Strong background in import/export and inbound/outbound logistics
- Understanding of tariffs, customs regulations, and trade compliance
- Experience managing customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good command both Thai and English
