The company serves international customers across technology, data center, and industrial sectors.Role PurposeWe are seeking an After Sales Support Specialist to serve as a trilingual communication bridge (Thai-English-Chinese) within the After-Sales department. This role ensures smooth communication with clients, technical teams, and internal departments by providing interpretation, translation, coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing cross-department communication in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional interpretation and translation (Thai-English-Chinese) during customer communication, technical discussions, and business negotiations
- Translate technical documents, contracts, agreements, and training materials with high accuracy
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating daily activities for after-sales personnel, including meetings, travel arrangements, and client visits
- Prepare and consolidate after-sales reports and perform data analysis to support management decision-making
- Act as a communication bridge between After-Sales and other departments such as Engineering, Technical, and Customer Service
- Track cross-department project progress and report updates or issues to the After-Sales Director
- Manage filing, archiving, and classification of departmental documents, ensuring confidentiality and data security
- Provide on-site interpretation and coordination support during meetings, training sessions, and client visits
- Native Thai speaker with strong Thai communication skills
- English proficiency equivalent to TEM-8 or advanced professional level
- Chinese proficiency equivalent to HSK Level 6 or above
- Strong interpretation and translation abilities; simultaneous interpretation experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or above in Translation, Business English, International Trade, or related fields
- Background or familiarity with engineering or data center environments is an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or administrative support roles
- Experience in multinational environments, data centers, or MEP/engineering industries preferred
- Familiar with technical and business document translation processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of translation tools such as Trados or MemoQ
- Strong business writing skills in Thai, English, and Chinese
- Ability to prepare structured reports and manage multi-language documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime or travel
