Including equipments setup, repair and preventive maintenance services, relocations, and modifications retrofit, etc., for warranty and after warranty services.
- Responsible for the first technical contact windows for customers for level 1 support, attend field service calls from customers.
- Responsible to promote the service products (service and spare parts package) to customer.
- Maintain the customer relationship and responsible for raising customer satisfaction by regular visiting customers.
- Support the service activities like service seminar, inhouse show, exhibition., etc.
- Complete other tasks which assigned by supervisor.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least three years' experience in machine maintenance and repairing.
- Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would be preferred.
- Good technical know-how in mechanical and electrical basics
- Able to write and speak in English
- Creative, capable of responsibility, good team player.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel frequently
