- Work with modern IT systems and real enterprise-scale environments.

- Provide daily technical support to end users and ensure the proper functioning of computers, network equipment, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
- Manage IT assets, track inventory, and coordinate with external vendors.
- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for scheduled server backups, system monitoring tasks, and routine reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Upper intermediate English communication skills
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
- Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP addressing, LAN, and switching fundamentals
- Experience with Windows Server administration; exposure to Linux servers is an advantage
- Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CCNA) are a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with configuring network devices (Cisco equipment preferred)
- Ability to create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and knowledge-base articles
