- Insight-Led Growth: You don't just look at spreadsheets; you talk to sellers. You will identify exactly why a TikTok seller or an IG boutique chooses a logistics partner (Price? Speed? COD?) and structure our commercial offering to win them.
- Pricing Offers: You will devise pricing offers specifically designed to win and retain parcel volume from SMEs.
- From Insight to Ad: You are the translator. You will take what you learn on the ground and craft specific angles and
- Performance Marketing Strategy: You will advise on the strategy for Paid Ads (FB/TikTok/IG) for 2026. You won't just hand this off; you will work closely with the Thai marketing team to ensure the creative angle matches the market reality.
- High-Velocity Sales: You will get your hands dirty. You are expected to onboard cohorts of sellers personally to understand the friction points.
- Strategic Partnerships: You will hunt the "aggregators" - influencer networks, live-selling studios, and e-commerce enablers that have access to hundreds of local brands.
- Channel Selection: You determine where we hunt-whether that's Line , Instagram, or specific seller Facebook groups.
- Voice of the Seller: You will advocate for the specific operational features Thai SMEs need (e.g., specific pickup windows, COD processes, claim speeds).
- Product Scoping: You will surface the tech features required for the Thailand market (e.g., Line integration, Thai language UI tweaks) to ensure the product fits the user.
- Native Thai: You understand the nuance of Thai social commerce language and culture.
- SMB Whisperer: You understand how Thai social sellers think. You know the difference between selling to a TH-only local brand and one that's scaled to 10 countries overseas.
- Hands-on Hunter: You are obsessed with new customer acquisition - and are happy to spend your week talking to 100 different customers to personally field test a new approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
- 5-7 years experience in strategy, growth, product marketing, business development or commercial roles
- Proven generalist experience of executing projects/initiatives that cut across multiple functional areas
- Experience in SMB B2B sales and/or social media commerce will be a strong plus-point
