You will get to focus on creating valuable relations with current and new customers and work with highly professional teams in an environment where you will be valued, recognized and well rewarded.You will work with amazing and diverse colleagues with a deep sense of commitment to live Our Values and together, go all the way for our customers, society and for each other.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery as per Area BudgetLead and set direction for the sales team according to budget, covering delivery of Ocean and LNS volumes, revenue growth, and profit optimizationCoach and drive the sales team to sell and grow all productsDefine and set targets for sales incentives together with Sales FBPBusiness Target ManagementDefine and deliver changes to business targets based on market and asset viewActivate the Capacity and Campaign functions to formalize commercial plansCustomer SatisfactionActively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local initiatives to improve customer satisfaction for all local accountsStakeholder ManagementManage stakeholders across area, regional, and global functionsActively provide feedback to product teams based on customer feedback and insightsFeed Business Development Managers with relevant leadsTeam DevelopmentBuild and develop a world-class sales teamEnsure succession plans are in place for key roles, including own roleCoach direct reports for success and developmentManage local and global engagementKey QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMinimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or commercial roles within logistics, shipping, or supply chain industriesProven experience leading and developing sales teams in a matrix or international environmentStrong understanding of Ocean and LNS products and integrated logistics solutionsSolid commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership and performance managementDemonstrated ability to drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitabilityStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into executable commercial plansExcellent sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholdersExperience working closely with cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levelsStrong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilitiesResilient, performance-driven, and customer-focused mindset * Fluent in English and Thai native-speaking.Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
