Warehouse & Demand planning manager - food business

• Lead warehouse operation and demand planning

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across Chilled, Frozen, Dry, Packaging, and Equipment facilities.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy through proper receiving, issuance, FEFO compliance, and regular cycle counts/stock audits.
• Utilize ERP systems for real-time inventory control, ensuring data integrity between physical and system records.
• Maintain and update Master Data (SKU, shelf life, lead time) to support accurate planning and reporting.
• Analyze stock movements, aging, and slow-moving items to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead demand planning activities, including sales data analysis and stock level planning.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize Overstock and Stockout, collaborating closely with Procurement and Production teams.
• Monitor cold chain performance and ensure proper storage practices align with GHP/HACCP standards.
• Reduce waste and spoilage through proactive monitoring of expiry, product handling, and warehouse efficiency.
• Control warehouse operating costs and improve overall Inventory Turnover performance.

• Proven experience in warehouse management and demand planning from food business
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage inventory effectively.
• Proficiency in ERP (inventory/MRP/demand planning) and MS Excel
• Understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

• Annual salary THB 1,300,000 - 1,800,000
