- Manage and oversee all purchasing activities to support dealership operations Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and plan purchasing requirements
- Support both sales and after-sales departments to ensure operational readiness
- Monitor usage trends and adjust purchasing plans accordingly
- Source, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers and service provider
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and service quality
- Resolve delivery, quality, and commercial issues with vendors
- Monitor purchasing expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels
- Prepare regular purchasing and cost analysis reports for management
- Support planning aligned with business activities and service demand
- Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies, approval procedures, and internal controls
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and financial purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with supervisory experience
- Experience in automotive, dealership, or service-oriented business is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good knowledge of cost control and inventory coordination
- Familiar with ERP, DMS, or purchasing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Good command of English is a plus
