- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs (surveys, events, campaigns, initiatives)
- Coordinate employee listening activities, including engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions
- Analyze engagement data and prepare reports, insights, and presentation materials
- Support engagement action planning with HR and business teams
- Assist in culture, recognition, and employee experience initiatives across key employee moments
- Partner with business stakeholders to support employee-focused messaging and campaigns
- Contribute to local and regional or global HR initiatives as required
- Organize internal communication, recognition, and wellness initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or people-related roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with HR dashboards or survey analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics) is a plus
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations is a plus
- Experience supporting surveys, HR programs, or employee initiatives is preferred
- Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze employee data, identify drivers of engagement, and provide insights
- Initiative management and execution capability
- Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Good presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint / Excel)
- Interest in employee experience, culture, and engagement
