- Payroll processing, Attendance & Leave System and be a focal point of its system.
- Handling Shift working schedule turnaround for approval for yearly basis.
- Knowledge on local labour laws and its compliance along with monthly reporting for ie. Social Security and etc.
- Handling PF enrolment and changes, if any.
- Focal point of expatriate, associate visitor & customer and responsible to apply short term & long-term visa and working permit under BOI. Provide company document to supply of incoming expat associate and visitor as required.
- Responsible to issue PR of all admins cost and support payment non-PR in New Gen system.
- Handling and maintaining Leased Car & Car rental.
- Arranging shift break snack for 12 hrs shift break & snack for customer Visitt.
- Organising / arranging local and internal travels, meetings, transport, hotel bookings etc.
- Keep company document up to date, Company affidavit, Share Holder list (Thai & Eng version) for every 6 months valid.
- Handling Canteen, Food vendor.
- Arranging Office stationery & Business Card for new Management.
- Sending out local /global communications & HR Sparkel Calendar.
- Handling Health & Life Benefit & Welfare.
- Onboarding & Induction new Join associate and provide amenities such as Welcome Kit.
- Handling Admins cost tracking report.
- Other assignment if any.
- Bachelor or higher in HR or related fields.
- Over five years of experience in HR a talent or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Good in English.
