• Lead HR for Plant with a large team
• High accountability role and working directly with Head of Plant

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Lead performance management and succession planning processes.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR functions with business strategies.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve organisational performance.

• A strong background in Human Resources with 10+ years of experience
• Experience in leading HR teams within the manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations, experience working with labour union is a must
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership teams.

• Competitive fixed salary range of THB 2,400,000 to THB 2,700,000 fixed plus performance bonus up to 2 months
