Manufacturing Operations Leadership* Lead overall manufacturing strategy and execution across multiple production sites
  • Ensure production capacity aligns with business demand and commercial strategy
  • Drive operational performance in productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, and engineering
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement* Implement best-in-class manufacturing practices including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM
  • Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), yield, and plant utilization
  • Lead cost reduction initiatives across production, materials usage, and operational processes
  • Establish strong KPI-driven performance management across plants
Quality & Compliance* Ensure manufacturing processes meet international quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, safety regulations, and internal policies
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure product integrity and consumer safety
Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Collaboration* Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to ensure efficient production flow
  • Align manufacturing capabilities with commercial and innovation teams to support new product launches
  • Manage vendor and external manufacturing partners where applicable
Leadership & Team Development* Lead and develop plant leadership teams across manufacturing sites
  • Build strong technical capabilities within engineering and production teams
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Strategic Projects & Transformation* Lead factory modernization initiatives including automation and digital manufacturing
  • Drive productivity transformation and manufacturing network optimization
  • Support expansion or new facility projects when required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale production facilities
  • Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or high-volume manufacturing preferred
Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing complex manufacturing environments with multiple production lines
  • Understanding of automation, digital manufacturing, and modern factory technologies
Leadership Capabilities
  • Strong people leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across operations and commercial teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capability
Language
  • Ability to communicate in Thai is required
