- Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure alignment with production plans and schedules
- Manage manpower planning, including shift allocation and overtime control in accordance with production volume
- Lead, coach, and develop production staff to enhance performance and capability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business targets
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives and control operational costs
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports in English
- Identify and resolve production issues through effective troubleshooting
- Oversee performance management and ensure team compliance with company policies
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Male, age not over 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Science, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control within chemical, petrochemical, or related industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Able to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
