- พัฒนาธุรกิจและผลิตภัณฑ์ (Business & Product Development): จัดทำ Business Model (Product, Service, Solution) เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสขยายผลธุรกิจ รองรับการขยายธุรกิจสู่ตลาดต่างประเทศ
- การตลาดภาคสนามและการสร้างการรับรู้ (Field Marketing & Awareness): ปฏิบัติงานภาคสนาม ณ หน้างานจริง (ติดตั้ง, ร้านค้า Agent, ออกบูธ) เพื่อส่งเสริมการรับรู้, เก็บ Feedback (VOC) และนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- กระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (New Product Development - NPD): ดำเนินการตามกระบวนการ NPD ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ: การเก็บข้อมูล, ออกแบบ, ทดสอบ, เปิดตัว (Launch), และติดตามผลหลังการเปิดตัว เพื่อให้เกิดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- การสร้างความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ (Partnership & Collaboration): ประสานงานกับ Partner ทั้งภายใน และภายนอก เพื่อแสวงหาและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ และสนับสนุนการขยายตัวของธุรกิจสู่สากล
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
- Experience in developing new product for polymer/composite construction materials-from concept, design and prototyping to pilot production, testing/validation, and scale-up. (Experience will be an advantage)
- Proven ability to identify market/product gaps and implement corrective actions, including running on-site product trials, collecting installer/customer feedback, and translating insights into design/spec improvements. (Experience will be an advantage)
- Willing to work upcountry (outside major cities) and can operate effectively independently (stand alone).
- Knowledge and understanding of polymer and composite materials used in construction or related industries.
- Knowledge of Product Engineering principles, including material science and manufacturing processes (QA/QC).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multi-department teamwork.
- Proficiency in Engineering Design Software (solidwork) and/or system simulation tools.
- Ability to conduct technical analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing content related to product positioning, market needs, and competitive analysis.
