- Support dealer service teams on technical troubleshooting and complex machine issues
- Act as the main contact between factory, regional team, and dealer for technical matters
- Ensure proper implementation of service standards and best practices
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements
- Support commissioning, audits, and major repairs/overhauls
- Develop dealer capability through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer
- Coordinate with Parts team to ensure critical parts availability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Provide regular technical reports and performance updates
- Strong technical expertise in mining/heavy equipment
- 8-15 years of experience in field service or technical support
- Experience working with dealers or distributors (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English
