- Execute activities that strengthen OnDemand's brand connection with students, parents, and partners across online and offline touchpoints
- Support the development of communication materials and campaigns that build brand loyalty and engagement
- Coordinate content creation, visual materials and promotional assets in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Collaborate with internal business units and cross-functional teams to align and maintain consistent brand identity
- Assist in monitoring branding guideline usage and ensuring that all materials meet OnDemand's brand standards
- Provide support in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign alignment between central and branch teams
- Collect market data, competitor movements and feedback from OnDemand branches and customers
- Summarize insights to improve marketing communication and student engagement strategies
- Track performance of brand activities and report learnings for future campaigns
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand campaigns and communication plans
- Support the creation of copy, visuals, and marketing materials for both digital and physical channels
- Work closely with media and design teams to ensure campaign consistency and quality
- Manage campaign-related documents, approvals, and tracking files
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
- Support reporting and documentation for ongoing and completed projects
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, or Business-related fields will be an advantage)
- Passionate about branding, marketing communication, and customer engagement
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and familiar with basic marketing or design tools
