• • Support Product manager in developing and implementing business plan and marketing strategy as well as related activities. • Collaborate with Trade marketing, Sales managers, cross functional teams to drive business in order to achieve sales target • Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations, and identifies potential insights and market access issues. • Help Product manager in executing marketing activities including event & sponsorship, promotion, premium, POSM, and online campaign in order to drive brand awareness and sales to meet the target. • Coordinate with Product manager in monitoring business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives. • Support Product manager for NPD development through stage gate process from discovery to post-launch • Help Product manager in product training to Sales Representative/customers to deliver correct messages via drugstore seminar, products presentation or group meeting to pharmacists

• • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field • At least 1-2 years' experience in marketing/brand management, experience in skin/beauty/health related fields is a plus • Strong drive for result with positive attitude • Good planning and multi-tasking • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
