- Manage all functions of HRM, HRD
- Managing of disciplinary and legal cases if required
- Establish and maintain Human Resource Policies & Practices in line with Government legislations
- Partner with the specialist team to implement HR policies and processes in line with local regulations
- Design and implement overall recruiting process and strategy
- Develop HR programs including recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning & development, career and succession planning as well as talent motivation and retention
- Be HR consultant for any HR concern topics or issues and provide proper solutions or suggestions
- Coach and train business leaders and employees in effective performance management
- Manage performance review exercise
- Possess Interpersonal and Team building & Motivation skills, strategic planning, Communication and Presentation skills are also required
- Female, age over 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experiences in HRM & HRD functions and at least 5 years at managerial level
- Pleasant personality, service minded, positive attitude
- Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to coordinate with other functions and can work well under pressure
- Bplus program is preferable
- Proficient in (MS Office especially Excel and HRM technology)
