- Researched customer behaviors and competitor movements to analyze the feasibility of market and planned an appropriate strategy campaign to stimulate company sale volume.
- Contributed to annual sales and marketing plan.
- Increased sale volume of responsible products every year by appropriate marketing program and tools.
- Build that awareness by developing and executing marketing strategies to meet consumer needs.
- Lead and manage the assigned projects in assignment including managing team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Economic or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operation function (preferably in finance or hire-purchase business)
- Ability to work well under pressure, with strong organizational skills and effective people management
- Good computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English both spoken and written
