- Provide first-line technical support to employees (Hardware, Software, Network).
- Provide technical support for conference room equipment, including audio-visual systems and video conferencing tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via onsite support or remote technical assistance to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, CCTV system and network devices.
- Prepare and install standard programs into computer or laptops.
- Track and follow up system issues and solve the problems.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies.
- Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.
- Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management Team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (or vocational diploma with experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk or system administration roles.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking, and security.
- Strong with Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Good understanding of IT security principles and data protection.
- Good communication and service-minded attitude.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls).
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- English communication skills are advantages.
