Because it’s with Hilton where we never forget the reason we're here: to delight our guests, Team Members, and owners alike.The Public Area Attendant keeps the designated Public Area clean at all times during his / her shift and assists guests with their queries.What will I be doing?As the Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure that the designated areas are properly and regularly cleaned.

Knowledgeable of the location of outlets and other facilities in order to correctly direct guests.

Ensure that supplies are properly stocked in the restrooms.

Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile.

Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ requests.

Maintain all equipment in good working condition.

Keep storeroom neat and in good order.

Report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs, reporting promptly and following up on urgent repair issues.

Deliver high quality services to guests.

Adhere to the hotel’s cleaning and maintenance programs, maintain a clean work area.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Adhere by the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct and the hotel’s team member handbook, security and emergency policies and procedures.

Work experience in the hotel industry.

Knowledgeable of the public area operations and the usage of cleaning chemicals and machines.

Good eyesight and physically fit to be able to work long hours.
