- Follow the assignment from Housekeeping Supervisor and complete in efficient and effective manner.
- Perform cleaning task in assigned area following standard and ensure all guest supplies are replenished.
- Report all found defects and maintenances jobs immediately.
- Proactively greet, interact, and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clean and maintain guest corridors, public areas, service areas, pantries and stores to be neat and tidy at all time.
- Performs seasonal or special event project work as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with the team and other departments.
- Follow lost and found procedure.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are kept clean and professional in accordance to hotel grooming standards.
- Attend training requirement and be proactive to develop skills.
- Practice safe working habits, including bending and lifting appropriately to avoid injury, reporting hazards, appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and working to minimize tripping hazards. Adopt a "See Something, Say Something" mentality.
- Comply with hotel policies and regulations.
- General high school education certification / diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Experiences in a similar position in luxury resort/hotel.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator and independent.
- Acute attention to details.
- Understands and respects local cultural, able to adapt to changing environment.
- Personable and pleasant to deal with.
- Discreet, reliable, diplomatic.
- Positive "can do" attitude and flexible approach.
- Good verbal command of English.
