- Hunt organic growth: Uncover upsell gold and roll out fresh business ideas that boost the bottom line.
- Whip up sharp reports and collaborate across teams for flawless new client onboarding and SOP mastery.
- Train clients on our software (even on-site!) and lead improvements that supercharge their supply chains.
- Oversee delivery end-to-end: Nail compliance, invoicing, disputes – and keep operations humming.
- Strong industry knowledge, including supply chain processes, Incoterms, Thailand Customs, and current market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and other departments.
- 3+ years in key account management or a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is highly desirable.
