- 1. Responsible for assigned channels sale growth. 2. Lead, train, and manage team members and deal with any issues that may arise 3. Develop and implement key account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. 4. Find more sale opportunities from in and outside tools and implement strategies for team members to follow. 5. Create “Matrix” brand awareness to customers 6. Maintain relationship with existing customer and delvelop new relationship. 7. Set sale territories and direction to team members 8. Complete administrative tasks as required. 9. Work closely with team members on upcoming projects and assist them to close deals. 10. Submit monthly and weekly reports 11. Resolve customer issues and complaints. 12. Anticipate key account requirement, changes, and improvements 13. Manage communication between key account and team members 14. Work with MD, CSD, HQ, sales admin, warehouse, logistics, accounting, services team and marketing to achieve customers satisfaction 15. Coach team member to maximize profit to up-sale and cross sale. 16. Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, market updates, and quarterly initiatives. 17. Manage customer's expectations for leadtime & service.
