- Sell products, systems, and services to customers while achieving targets for volume, product mix, and profitability within assigned business units or product groups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop sales plans using internal tools, conduct regular status reviews, and propose recovery actions when needed to address potential order shortfalls.
- Create customer value and ensure successful transaction outcomes through effective sales techniques, clear communication of offerings, delivery timelines, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Execute marketing activities and deliver compelling value propositions to customers. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and share relevant market insights.
- Manage sales-related administrative processes and support collection as well as project management activities when necessary.
- Prepare competitive proposals in coordination with the bid/proposal and marketing teams, ensuring appropriate technical and financial content, including pricing and trading terms.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, internal procedures, and corporate guidelines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety, integrity, and responsible business conduct.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- +3 years of experience in Sales of High Voltage or Electrical Products, preferably in Power Quality solutions.
- Proven hands-on sales experience with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office applications; understanding key sales performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good command of English.
